Can ZTS handle all of my ticketing needs?
Yes, ZTS in conjunction with Hold My Ticket can provide all of your ticketing needs.
Do I need to have my own credit card processor or does ZTS provide this?
ZTS will handle all of the credit card processing and pay all of the fees.
Will my tickets have individual seat numbers on them?
If your event is reserved, then we will build a map of your venue and assign seat numbers to each ticket. If the event is general admission then the ticket will indicate that instead.
Who will handle my ticketing on the day of the show?
ZTS provides on site box office services on the day of the show. We supply all of the equipment and manpower needed to run a full service box office for your customers on show day!
How soon will I be paid for the tickets I sold?
You will be paid on the night of the event at settlement.
What does it cost me to set up an event with ZTS?
There is no set up cost. ZTS charges the customer a reasonable service fee that is added to the base price of their tickets. This way we are able to offer our services to the promoter free of charge.
Will my ticketing page have my logos on it?
Any photos or logos that you provide can be put on the ticketing page for you.
